Lazy E Pontoon Rental
VACATION RENTAL HOST PACKET | FORT LAUDERDALE / DANIA BEACH
Give your guests more to enjoy on the water
Hello,
We would love to help your guests explore the Fort Lauderdale area from the water while adding an easy activity to your vacation rental. Guests enjoy our top-of-the-line 2026 Bennington pontoons on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). Lazy E handles the reservation, meets guests at 1451 Old Griffin Rd. in Dania Beach, provides the boat and safety briefing, and welcomes them back after their outing.
As a host partner, you earn 15% on rentals booked with your property’s referral code. Your guests receive $55 off a single day or $110 off a rental of two days or more. You can email the customized flyer to guests or include it in your welcome packet.
The next two pages show the partnership details and an example guest flyer. SAMPLE1 and SAMPLE2 are demonstration codes only; we will create codes and a flyer for your property when you are ready.
If this sounds useful for your guests, please get in touch, and we can set up your property.

Vacation Rental Host Partnership
Earn 15% when your guests rent a pontoon
Lazy E Pontoon Rental helps vacation rental hosts offer guests an outing on the Fort Lauderdale area waterways aboard our top-of-the-line 2026 Bennington pontoons. We handle the reservation and guest experience; you share a customized flyer or referral codes.
How the partnership works
1. Share your codes. Each host receives a pair of personalized codes: one for single day rentals and one for multi day rentals.
2. Guests book directly with Lazy E. Rentals using your codes are tracked to your property.
3. You earn 15% commission. Commission is paid within 24 hours after your guest receives the boat.
4. We handle the rental. Guests meet us at 1451 Old Griffin Rd., Dania Beach, FL 33004. We provide the briefing and manage the boat’s return.
5. Guests save. The sample flyer shows $55 off a single day or $110 off two days or more.
