You must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card. The person signing the rental agreement must be present at check-in.
We offer free delivery to most Northern Indiana lakes.
Basic boating knowledge is recommended. Before departure, we provide a safety and operation overview to ensure you are comfortable operating the pontoon boat.
Yes. A refundable $150 if the Damage Waiver is purchased, if not purchased, the security deposit will be $750.
Payment is made when the reservation is booked. All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as cash.
Yes. You can tube or ski with limitations behind all of our pontoons.
Our pontoons typically accommodate up to 10–12 passengers depending on the specific boat model. For safety and legal reasons, the maximum capacity cannot be exceeded.
Yes. U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets are provided for all passengers, including children.
Cancellations made within the allowed cancellation window may receive a full refund or rental credit. Please review the cancellation terms provided during booking for full details.
Fuel is not included in the rental price.
Your safety is our priority. If severe weather conditions occur, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or issue a full credit depending on the circumstances.
Yes. You are welcome to bring food and beverages. However, please clean up after yourselves and dispose of trash properly.
Alcohol is permitted for passengers who are of legal drinking age. The boat operator must remain sober and is responsible for the safety of everyone on board.
Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time to complete paperwork, safety instructions, and the pre-rental inspection.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, towels, sunglasses, snacks, drinks, and a cooler. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided with every rental.
Pets may be allowed depending on the boat and conditions. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit and additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.
Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting Lazy E Pontoon Rentals. Online booking allows you to select your date, time, and complete the rental agreement in advance.
