This Damage Waiver is offered by Lazy E Pontoon Rental, LLC as an optional protection plan for renters. The Damage Waiver reduces the renter’s financial responsibility for certain accidental damage to the rented pontoon vessel, subject to the terms, exclusions, and coverage limits described below. This Damage Waiver is not insurance.
